The Need for Speed: Broadband Bargain Bonanza

Bit of a different post from me today. Seen this absolute steal of a broadband deal today and thought it would be rude not to share. Currently priced at £25 for 24 months, the UK’s most reliable broadband provider, Vodafone, are offering full fibre with an average speed of 67Mb/s, perfect for busy households.

This speed will comfortably handle 4-6 devices doing anything from streaming on Netflix to scrolling through socials. I have found that the average speed stated is actually accurate for once and it even tends to exceed the stated 67Mb/s speed frequently.

I have had broadband with Sky, Virgin and TalkTalk before, all of which came with a few positive experiences riddled with many negative ones. Out of the four, Vodafone has the most consistent speed, fewest disconnections and the best customer service thus far.

Reliability is the number one biggest complaint about broadband. There is an expectation and demand for speed these days. Buffering is simply not acceptable nor tolerated by customers and it always seems to happen at the worst times… Believe me, I’ve been there myself.

Hence why, Vodafone is my pick of the bunch. They also have a Pro II tariff that is £39/month for 100Mb/s. However, in the case of any outages or maintenance that may take place, you have unrestricted access to their 4G network, ensuring you are never disconnected.

As a sweetener, Currys are also offering £50 cashback when you spend £50+ in store Best Broadband & TV Deals | Currys, perfect if you’ve started doing a bit of early Chrimbo shopping…

Overall, considering many may be out of contract and paying an arm and a leg for below-par services. Vodafone is a worthy switching option; they have won me over by upholding their service offerings and even surpassing them on occasions. If you are out of contract, have moved to a new house or are trying to source a new deal, switch to Vodafone! Save some money, stay connected and enjoy all the perks!
